In an emotional ceremony hosted today by Barnardos Australia, Monika Schaefe of Moulden was announced as the Northern Territory Mother of the Year in the Barnardos Australia’s Mother of the Year Awards 2010. She was presented with her award by the Hon Kon Vatskalis MLA, Minister for Children and Families.
